  • Menopause can hit hard. One day you feel like yourself, and the next you barely recognise the person in the mirror. The mood swings, anxiety, low energy, depression and feeling “off” can be overwhelming and isolating. You’re not imagining it, and you’re not failing - your whole system is shifting, and it can shake your confidence and sense of self. In our sessions, there’s no judgement, no pressure, and no pretending. Just a calm, steady space where you can talk openly about what’s going on without having to hold it together.

  • For many women, it isn’t just irritation or hot flashes - it’s low mood, spiralling thoughts, panic, and in some cases intrusive thoughts or even suicidal feelings. This is far more common than people admit, and it deserves to be spoken about honestly. My role is simply to listen, understand, and support you as you find your footing again. You don’t have to go through this alone.

  • This is your space - somewhere you can be heard without judgement, without rushing, without having to be “strong.” A space that’s just for you, even if you’re not used to giving yourself that time. So many women look after everyone else first, but you deserve care too. If you’re ready to talk, I’m here with kindness, honesty and compassion. Come as you are - we’ll take it from there.

Human first,  counsellor second.

You don't have to have it all sorted,

come and rest a while.

A space for you to breathe.
