In our sessions we’ll work together to address the emotional challenges of menopause - whether it’s depression, mood swings, anxiety, low motivation, or feeling overwhelmed. This phase of life can bring unexpected mental health struggles, but you don’t have to face them alone. This is your space to bring whatever you need, non judgmental, empathic, warm, understanding and supportive.
